Wahhh..finally the second last day of sem 1 A had come!! byebye dhs byebye ten cate..u are so going to stay in my bookshelf untouch for the 2 weeks hols haha =). when u are reading this at this time..11.56am ..u know i had deliberately skipped Dr. Farmer's lecture and would rather sit in my cozy room and type in this blog than sitting in the lecture and listen to what she said or what might actually happen is ~ bored myself =.=..haha..
On my way back, there was this one lady from queesland ( wonder how i know ?)waiting in the bus stop with me. She's holding the 99C pamphlet but didn't seem to know where exactly she is..so she looked up and yes..we had some eye contact and as u may have notice or if u haven't -stranger always talk to me... yea..for whatever reasons ..lol. So yep..we start chatting while waiting for the 99C which is taking-forever-to-come. THere's always one q that elder ppl will ask u...what course are u doing and what's ur father's occuptation?? =.= So, i told her i am doing dentistry..
THe lady(L) : Dentistry?!! wow..u are so going to be really rich next time ~
Me: err..maybe... (lame answer right? i really couldn't think of anything before caming out with this word..LOL)
L: oh god..i really don't like dentists..they really freaks me out >.< and i hate looking at ppl's teeth!! ( yea..that's y u can never be a dentist and stop complaining the fact that dentists earn too much!! we get paid for what u can't do and we DESERVE the money..haha) ( yes i know..this is a typical dhs q)
Me: =.=" oh?? did u have a bad experience with ur dentist? [ yea..thanks for the whole psyc part of dhs that we did last year..the massive memorizing of all pt fear + managemetn and blah blah =.= at least now i won't say--> oh? come on don't act like a small child u know u are old enough to conquer ur own fear...and u better go to ur dentist before ur teeth pops out ..]
L: yea..20~25 yrs ago [=.= omg..halo~i am not even born by that time..and imaging how long have she been hating dentistss...oo..poor us]..not going into detail.
Me: oh i see..but as u may notice dentisty has been changing for the past decades and it had improved in many ways...blah blah..[ yes..the stuff that deep in my brain cell starts to find their way out ..lol]
L: yea..i agree ..my granddaughter don't mind going to the dentist nowadays..blah blah..
Me: [smile+ changing topics]
After i showed her where do get off the bus and the places that she can go and have a look in the city, she said to me: ' it's really nice chatting with u and without ur help i won't be able to find my way around adelaide. U are a nice girl ^^"" and i can't believe the person who showed me around are a foreign student who are so helpful and kind in giving me a hand!! thank u very much!!" wow..that seriously brightened my day =)..haha..yes..i am really happy right now ^^...will be nice if i have some alcohol with me but nah still need to do my perio tute for tomorrow.
